Can you find a leak that only shows up in heavy rain?

Usually, yes. Intermittent leaks tend to trace back to flashing, valleys, or wind-driven rain finding a gap. We inspect the likely entry points above and around where the water shows up, not just the stain itself.

Will the new shingles match my roof?

We match color and style as closely as we can. On an older roof, shingles fade — so an exact match isn't always possible, but a good repair shouldn't jump out at you from the street.

Should I repair or replace?

If the damage is isolated and the roof is otherwise sound, repair. If damage keeps coming back or the roof is near the end of its life, replacement usually costs less than repairing it piece by piece. We'll give you our honest read at the estimate.
